- Provide participants with opportunities to practice preparing for and engaging in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) discussions with each other and the facilitators
- Enhance and reinforce participants' sense of confidence as facilitators of EDI-related conversations
- Promote the development of a cohort of colleagues with aligned values and expectations for facilitation
- Equip participants to identify antiracist leaders' practices and act upon them.
