Keep the momentum going! IMT Alumni Sessions are an opportunity to host live facilitated sessions with an emphasis on implementation. Past IMT participants convene to discuss how they are incorporating what they've learned and explore additional strategies for bringing EDI into everyday practices. These sessions will use brief pre-work and combine concept review with practical application scenarios.
These sessions allow facilitators to pull forward and focus on one or two tools or concepts from the IMT and lean into how they can be applied. These sessions are a great way to remind folks of all the tools in the IMT and bring them to life in your day-to-day!
